  Dr. Pelagalli
John Carroll University has awarded Dr. Pelagalli for his human anatomy dissection independent study with cooperation of CWRU School of Medicine in 1977. On May 8, 1997 the FDA approved the first hard tissue laser. Dr. Pelagalli was the principal investigator and with the help of the clinical research committee, designed the curriculum for teaching dentists about and how to apply this new technology.
